General Terms
The Original Equipment Manufacturers names , part numbers are for purpose of reference only , and do not imply that parts supplied by JSK Sales Company are made by the OEM.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all our products are fitted by a fully qualified engineer in line with the original manufacturers' instructions. All items must be checked for full compatibility, fit for purpose and prior to installation. JSK Automotive shall not be liable for any losses that occur due to improper fitment and is only liable to replace the part , and not any costs associated with the labor or any other damages.
All efforts have been made by JSK Sales Company Ltd to ensure that the information contained on this Website is as accurate and current as possible. However, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions may be contained on the Website for which JSK Sales Company Ltd disclaims any responsibility or liability. Information on the Website may be changed at any time without prior notification.
Postage of Items
All Orders are shipped within 24 hours of confirmed payment receipt. Our postal carriers include Royal Mail and DHL Parcel UK Ltd , for orders within United Kingdom and Parcelforce, for EU and other international orders as a standard , however we reserve the right to change this at any point. If you wish to receive the courier with a particular carrier , then please request that to us before purchase so we can check the best possible options.
Though we make all efforts to provide most accurate and reasonable postage costs, at times , a buyers address can be considered as a remote location by the courier companies. In such cases, we shall be in touch with you prior to posting the product and collect from yourselves any extra postage costs that may apply.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with products you've bought from us, you may return them in the condition received within 14 days of your receipt and obtain a full refund from us (less original delivery cost). You are responsible for postage charges for returns. Items must be in their original packaging, in a re-saleable condition and untampered with or modified in any way. We advise you return the goods using an insured and proof of delivery service. Please note all returns must be notified and approved in writing before hand, any returns sent without notification will be subject to a restocking charge. All items are non refundable after 14 days unless agreed in writing in which case a credit would be allowed against your next purchase.

In Case you receive Damaged or Missing items parts
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform us at the earliest in case the received item has any discrepancies. We should be informed via email , to which you should attach the photos of the item / SKU Label , and the original label pasted on the package. In case there has been a packaging error from our end, we will make the arrangements to send the correct parts to you. You must send this information to us by filling out the Returns form on our website.

In the event that you change your mind / or ordered the wrong item
It is strongly recommended that the buyer checks all details of the product before making the purchase, but mistakes can happen and you have the right to cancel your order with us. Its always best to let us know before item postage and we recommend calling us by phone to inform about your decision. If however your item has been posted , then send it back to us in its original packaging , in resalable condition , we will process the refund , less the original postage paid.
JSK Sales Company Ltd / JSK Automotive would not be held responsible for any additional costs or claims which may be incurred due to the fitment of the product supplied by us even in the event it is found that the item supplied had any manufacturing defect.
It would be the responsibility of the fitting company/ workshop / mechanic to inspect all aspects of the product at the time of fitting.
Our warranty will only cover in the form of exchange of the same product or compensation by refunding the purchase price , or cost of replacing the faulty sub part of an assembly.
Duties and Taxes
Applies to International Buyers – from the EU and rest of the world
All items posted from the UK , to anywhere else in the world, are subject to duties and taxes of the country of final destination. The buyer must check with there local authorities about the applicable Import VAT / duties. If you choose to not pay duties or in case your miss the intimation from the courier companies, then the package can get returned back to us , and we will need to collect postage again or you may choose to get a refund less the original postage that was payed on the item.
